NOTES: This image shot during an assignment for the Houston Chronicle was my second Milken award ceremony. I photographed my first back in late 2007 in Colorado Springs. They are fun since they tell me who won before they tell anyone else! The reactions are always so genuine. I was happy to see this one graced the front page (A1).
