INTROSPECTION

…or just a cheesy self-portrait? I guess it’s really not a self-portrait since my friend Drew pressed the button. This image is a result of a spontaneous night of shooting a few friends of mine had recently. I wanted to try a few different lighting ideas for an upcoming commercial shoot and it ended up being a grand ole time with backdrops, projectors, and vintage cameras. This is one of the silly images Drew made of me. I set up the lighting and used the base image to toy around with a new editing style. Someone said it almost looked HDR, but its not. Its nice and edgy, Im diggin’ it. During our night of lighting craziness, I mounted one of my 1D’s with my 15mm fisheye in my kitchen and had it capture a frame every 8 seconds for a few hours002.
